The purpose of this stun grenade is to divert the enemy's attention or temporarily disable them, allowing for a breach without "killing" anyone in the room. It's ideal for "hostage rescue" training scenarios. This "Flash-bang" imitation grenade is a scaled version of the FBG-6. With a lower sound report and smaller size compared to the FBG-6, it is suitable for indoor use and can be stored in standard 40mm ammo pouches, offering flexibility in close-quarters simulations.
